🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time refers to the transit time once the package has left our facility.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $50!

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using our Order Tracking Page.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, shipping delays and lost packages can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at sobiomabiz@gmail.com/pawfectco3@gmail.com — we’ll make it right.

🛑 Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

📬 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PawfectCo is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

📦 Carriers & Signature Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers depending on destination and service level.
We reserve the right to require a signature on delivery for certain orders to ensure safe delivery.
